Michelle Green - Coordinator
I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 31 years. We have 5 kids-Ashley, Brittany, Caleb, Daniel, and Everett-and many other “unofficially adopted” ones. Our first child, has recently made us grandparents, and we are loving it. We have graduated 3 children now from homeschooling; two have graduated from college with bachelor’s degrees. We currently have 2 remaining homeschoolers. Our family enjoys serving at church in various capacities. We also enjoy volunteering at Royal Family Kids camp, Camp 10:14, and TRAC camps, which all minister to kids in foster care. With a full heart, I consider myself blessed to serve on the Board of REACH with a magnificent group of ladies with a heart for REACH.

Emily DeCosta - Secretary
My husband, Matthew, and I have been married for 17 years. God has blessed us with 4 children, Max (14), Anna (12), Alex (10), and Ethan (16 months). Our homeschool journey began when Max was 4 years old. We chose to homeschool in order to give our children an education that was centered around God’s Word and that would be flexible for our family’s unique schedule. A few of my interests would be playing the piano, gardening, canning, organizing, and exercising. I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve as Secretary with REACH. Our family has been so blessed by the friendships that we’ve made and the support that we’ve received through REACH. I’m looking forward to meeting with you all and helping you on your homeschool journey.

Kristen Brown - Treasurer
My husband and I have been married for 14 years and we have 2 kids: Lochlan who is 12 and in 7th grade and McKinley who is 9 and in 4th grade. I also teach my nephew Caleb who is in 10th grade. This is our 8th year to homeschool and we love the flexibility it brings our family. Homeschooling is not something we ever planned to do, but it has been amazing to watch God work through our family. REACH has been a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy fellowship with other homeschoolers.

Lena Crowe - Membership Director
My husband, Josh, and I have been married for 14 years and have two children, Harper (age 10), who is in the 5th Grade and Austin (age 7), who is in the 3rd Grade.

We were led on this homeschool journey before we even had children. While in Arizona, we attended a small church where a majority of the kids were from homeschool families. We were both so impressed with the intelligence and respectfulness of these homeschool kids! I felt that we were called to homeschool our own children, and Josh supported this decision. I am so very blessed to be a part of REACH and I very much look forward to helping out our REACH families in whatever way I can.

Chelsey Carnahan - Activities Director
My husband, Sean, and I have 2 boys. Adam is 10 and Asher is 5. Sean and I have been married for 15 years. We both graduated from Russellville High School and continued our education at ATU. Sean has worked for Arkansas Tech for 16 years. I grew up in Russellville and cannot imagine moving away from home. This is my third year serving on the REACH Board as Activities Director. I love to meet new homeschool families and encourage moms who are taking the BIG STEP to homeschool their kiddos. Homeschooling has been a blessing to my family, and I pray that I can help you in the grand adventure of home education.
