A Word From The Coordinator

Stay the Course or Change the Path

It’s mid-year. It’s also a new year. At this time of year, we often take a good look at many areas of our lives, our homeschooling included.

Are we doing ok? Are changes necessary? Are we needing to take a different path? Is there anything else we can add to be more effective in our works? These are just a few questions we may consider.

Prayer and careful consideration can help direct our paths. A famous Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. Speaking to the One who knows our paths is a great place to start. No matter whether you stay the course or change the path, always remember to enjoy the journey.

PSP Day-Parties/Skating/Parks

The 2nd Friday of each month is devoted to PSP-Parties/Skating/Parks. These activities are open to all ages including teens, but there must be an accompanying adult.
Happy New Year everyone! Since the weather has been rather unpredictable lately, we are going to plan our January PSP to be a Games and Floats Day at Grace Baptist Church from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Bring your favorite drink to make a float with and we will provide the ice cream. Also, bring a board or card game you love to play.

February is our PSP - Valentine's Party at the Skate Station from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Don’t forget to fill out the sign-up form that is already up on the website. The cost is $5 a skater and an extra $2 if you want rollerblades or a walker to aide inexperienced skaters. Please bring the correct change. REACH will provide drinks and a sweet treat. Feel free to bring a snack to share with others. I look forward to seeing all of the crafty valentine boxes/bags for those participating in the valentine exchange.

In March we will just have a PSP - Park Day. Let’s plan to meet at Russellville City Park from 1:00-3:00.

I hope to see you all soon! Allison Hoke
